How a technology consultancy works
Needs analysis
This is the initial stage, in which our consultants meet with those interested in bringing new technologies into their business. The aim of this first contact is to understand the company’s goals, the challenges it faces and its technology needs.
Assessing the company’s current situation
The next step is to carry out a thorough assessment of the company’s existing technology infrastructure: software, hardware, networks, security systems, and so on.
Strategy development
Developing the strategy means drawing up a tailored solution proposal for the company, based on the information gathered previously. The proposal may include adopting new technologies, optimising existing processes and resources, and information security, among other factors.
Project planning
A detailed plan is drawn up setting out the steps to follow, the implementation dates for each phase and the key performance indicators (KPIs) used to measure the project’s success.
Solution implementation
The technology consultants work hand in hand with the client’s in-house team to implement the proposed solutions. This may include adopting new platforms, migrating data and configuring new systems.
At the same time, the IT consultants can launch a training plan so that the client’s employees start getting familiar with the new tools.
KPI evaluation
After implementation, the KPIs set to measure the project’s success are analysed. Areas for improvement and areas requiring follow-up are identified, and the client receives a detailed report summarising the work carried out and the results achieved.
