Origamee wins two digitalisation challenges in the Xtela Cantabria Programme

Origamee, the Evenbytes cloud software platform, won two of the digitalisation challenges in the Xtela Cantabria Programme, set by Astander and Gamesa Electric.
What is the Xtela Programme
An acceleration and open innovation programme for companies from anywhere in the world proposing innovative solutions in industry, health and biotechnology.
Challenge 1: materials traceability at the Astander shipyard
Astander had no software to know where materials were inside the shipyard, from their arrival to their final destination. Origamee proposed a bespoke platform with:
- AI-powered delivery note management.
- Simplified storage using NFC, QR codes and barcode scanners.
- End-to-end document management and workflows.
Challenge 2: tooling control at the Gamesa Electric plant
Gamesa Electric needed to track and locate its tooling on the shop floor: its status (in production, in stock or scrapped), inspection dates, location and inventory. Origamee proposed:
- Parts displayed on the plant layout.
- Automated workflows for traceability.
- Document management for certificates and technical documents.
- Use on mobile phones and tablets, with offline access.
Demo Day
The Xtela Programme brought companies and winners together at a Demo Day, where the Evenbytes team gave a live demonstration of Origamee.
