We won at GovTechBizkaia! Cantabrian innovation and collaboration with the Evenbytes stamp
Evenbytes, in partnership with fellow Cantabrian company IDRUS, has won two of the four technology challenges of GovTechBizkaia, the programme run by the Provincial Council of Biscay (Diputación Foral de Bizkaia). The news was reported by El Diario Montañés, and we are absolutely thrilled to share it.
The problem: queues, paperwork and frustration
The challenge was to solve a real, everyday situation: people arriving at public offices without the right documents, which creates unnecessary queues and wastes everyone’s time.
The solution: multichannel AI serving citizens
We have designed an intelligent system that guides each person before their appointment, so they have everything ready first time round:
- Chatbot on the official website, to answer questions about procedures in real time.
- Automated telephone service, with a voice assistant that speeds up enquiries without overloading the lines.
